Villa Comporta inspired by the traditional houses of Alentejo, is located in a restrictive area with 10.000 m2 of exclusive land all around, providing great privacy surrounded by nature. Wide windows facing the natural reserve, the Sado River and the swimming pool. The white sandy beach can be accessed in just 15 minutes by car.
The surrounding area is the perfect place to explore the protected local wildlife and enjoy the birds of the Sado River. Dolphin and bird watching, golf, water sports, horse riding, walks, and cycling are only some of the activities the area has to off.

THE VILLA
The decor and furnishings are functional. It offers seating for baby, two children beds and a playground. The house has a very effective system of central air conditioning. It has ample parking and two shaded parking slots. A comfortable shadow is provided by a garden with plenty of pine trees. The living room, the barbecue area the covered outdoor terrace with fenced pool are a nice area of leisure and entertainment. From the living room the children in the swimming pool can be seen easily. The surrounding area is wooded in order to protect from excessive sun exposure. Large Hall, Terraces, large Garden

3 bedrooms with double bed. Large living room with fire place, 2 terrace doors. Dinner table for 8 people, one sofá 1 place, one 2-seater sofá, one 3-seater sofá, TV, Blu-ray player, vídeo library, stereo sound, game table, desk. Small room with 1 sofá single place, 1 single sofá bed. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Private fenced swimming pool with 6x10 meters Table and chairs in the shaded terrace, sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Perfect for a big family or a smaller group.
